Subway workers must operate at all 24 stations, says TRT.

The Regional Labor Court (TRT) determined that striking metro workers must operate 24 trains and 24 stations during peak hours starting this Wednesday (15); the decision was a request from the Companhia do Metropolitano do Distrito Federal; the agency requested recognition of the strike's abusiveness.

Brasilia 247 - The Regional Labor Court (TRT) determined that striking metro workers operate 24 trains and 24 stations during peak hours starting this Wednesday (15). The decision was a request from the Federal District Metropolitan Company. The agency requested recognition of the strike's abusiveness. Until Tuesday morning (14), the strikers served the population during peak hours with 16 trains, 12 stations for boarding and 12 for disembarking.

The judge's ruling also stipulated that the union must provide 62 pilots, 104 station agents, 52 security guards, and 8 controllers. The fine for non-compliance is R$ 100 per day.
