247 - The vice-president of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE), Minister Ricardo Lewandowski, stated that the Court neither distributes nor monitors whether radio and television stations are broadcasting candidates' advertisements during free airtime. "The distribution of airtime is not the responsibility of the TSE (Superior Electoral Court). Nor is its oversight. The TSE does not have the tools for that, and it is not a legal requirement. Radio stations do this in accordance with the resolution that regulates the matter," he said in a press interview.
