Ibope: Without Arruda, Rollemberg rises to 28%

An Ibope poll released this Thursday (18) shows candidate Rodrigo Rollemberg (PSB) with 28% of voting intentions for governor of the Federal District; in second place are candidates Agnelo Queiroz (PT) and Jofran Frejat (PR), both with 21%; in the scenarios of the dispute in the second round, the PSB candidate also comes out on top in all scenarios.

247 - The Ibope poll released this Thursday (18) shows candidate Rodrigo Rollemberg (PSB) with 28% of voting intentions for governor of the Federal District. In second place are candidates Agnelo Queiroz (PT) and Jofran Frejat (PR), both with 21%. Next, candidates Luiz Pitiman (5%) and Toninho do PSOL (3%) appear technically tied. Perci Marrara (PCO) did not reach 1%.

Commissioned by TV Globo, the poll is the first by Ibope featuring Jofran Frejat as the PR candidate.

See below the Ibope numbers, according to the prompted survey, in which the names of all candidates are presented to the voter (the candidates that appear with 0% are those who had less than 1% of mentions each):

Ibope interviewed 1.204 voters throughout the Federal District on September 16th and 17th. The margin of error is three percentage points, plus or minus. The confidence level is 95% and the margin of error is three points. The survey is registered with the Regional Electoral Court (TRE) under number DF-00043/2014 and with the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) under number BR-00672/2014.

In the spontaneous survey (where the researcher only asks the voter who they intend to vote for, without presenting a list of candidates), the result was as follows:
Rollemberg: 18%

Second round

The survey also addressed three scenarios for a possible second round:

Rejection

The survey measured the rejection rate of each candidate, that is, the candidate the voter says they will not vote for under any circumstances. Agnelo Queiroz has the highest rejection rate, and Rollemberg the lowest.

Government assessment
The Ibope poll also asked voters how they rate Governor Agnelo Queiroz's administration. 3% rated the government as "excellent"; 15% as "good"; 31% as "fair"; 19% as "bad"; and 29% as "terrible." Those who didn't know or didn't answer totaled 4%.

Ibope asked voters if they approve of the government. According to the survey, 29% approve and 63% disapprove. Another 8% did not know or did not answer.

The institute also asked whether voters trust the government or not. Of those interviewed, 23% said they trust it; 69% said they do not trust it. Another 9% did not know or did not want to answer.
