Flávio Dino reports hospital to Anvisa (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency).

The president of Embratur, father of Marcelo, who died after an asthma attack in a Brasília hospital, filed a complaint alleging non-compliance with the rule requiring each ICU to have a doctor on full-time duty; only one doctor was caring for three ICUs during her son's attack, and was also performing a delivery.

247_ Flávio Dino filed a complaint yesterday (2) with the National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa) against Hospital Santa Lúcia. Marcelo Dino's father alleges that the medical center committed several irregularities during his son's treatment, who died after an asthma attack inside the hospital.

In the document, Dino informs that the case is being investigated by various bodies in the Federal District, such as the Civil Police, the Public Prosecutor's Office, and the Regional Council of Medicine.
