247 Senator Eunício Oliveira (MDB) reacted strongly to Michel Temer's message yesterday, in which he invited anyone who refuses to support former Finance Minister Henrique Meirelles' candidacy for the presidency to leave the party. Eunício said: "I'm not leaving, and nobody can make me leave."

Eunício criticizes Meirelles: 'I never ate a spoonful of salt with him' and Pedro Parente: 'between relatives and consumers, I side with the consumers'.

"A member of the MDB for 45 years, Eunício warns, in an interview with Estado, that he will not follow the recommendation. 'I'm not leaving and nobody can force me out.' Eunício also criticized the fuel pricing policy implemented by the president of Petrobras, Pedro Parente. 'Between the 'Parentes' and the consumers, I'm going to side with the consumers,' he states."
