247 - Federal deputy for Minas Gerais, Rogério Correia, a member of the Workers' Party (PT), filed a request with the Comptroller General of the Union (CGU) on Tuesday, the 24th, requesting that the Chamber of Deputies be provided with the results of Jair Bolsonaro's coronavirus tests, which have been withheld until now. This information comes from... Capital letter.

The congressman is making the request to the Minister of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Republic, Jorge Antonio de Oliveira Francisco, and to the Minister of the Comptroller General's Office (CGU), Wagner de Campos Rosário.

Bolsonaro stated that his tests came back negative, but unlike other politicians who underwent testing and released the results, such as Governor João Doria and Mayor Bruno Covas, the fascist is hiding the result.

Correia states that the information should be public knowledge because it concerns the "highest authority of the Republic," noting that 23 people from the delegation that accompanied Bolsonaro on his trip to the United States are infected.

“During this period of public calamity decreed by the National Congress, where Brazilians are facing quarantine and many services and economic activities are paralyzed due to the threat of the coronavirus pandemic, and where 23 people from the delegation that accompanied the president on a trip to the USA have tested positive for the virus, Brazil needs the truth. Was the president infected?”, the request asks.

"The person most interested in dispelling the rumors about whether or not he has coronavirus should be Bolsonaro himself. He only needed to release the test results, as several authorities around the world have done. If he has the disease, we want to know how many people he infected. People who need to be treated," the congressman posted on his Twitter.

Other politicians, such as Guilherme Boulos of the PSOL party, also demanded the release of Bolsonaro's test results. The PSOL pre-candidate for mayor of São Paulo stated that “Brazil needs to know if Bolsonaro has coronavirus and how many people he has infected.".
