Cappelli: Military Police sent non-graduates to the streets and left veterans at home during coup attempt.

247 - While coup plotters marched towards Praça dos Três Poderes, men who had not yet finished the course to become PM were part of the containment line — the first barrier to try to stop the demonstrators. This information is contained in the report presented by the interventor Ricardo Cappelli on Friday (27).

"It was also verified by the Sub-Secretariat of Integrated Operations of the Public Security Secretariat of the Federal District that military police officers from the training course were employed in the containment line," says an excerpt from the report, according to the UOL portal.
