Beneficiaries of emergency aid who are in the Bolsa Família program with a final NIS (Social Identification Number) of 4 will receive this Thursday (23) the fourth installment, which is R$ 600 or R$ 1,2 (single mothers).
Payments for this group began last Monday (20). In total, 19,2 million Brazilians registered in the program will receive payment by July 31. The emergency aid was created by the federal government to try to reduce the negative effects on the economy caused by the new coronavirus (covid-19).
The release of funds follows the usual Bolsa Família schedule for all program participants, according to the last digit of each beneficiary's NIS. On Monday (20), it was the turn of beneficiaries with NIS ending in 1. On Tuesday, those with NIS ending in 2 received it, and so on, except for weekends, until NIS ending in 0 on the 31st of this month.
According to Caixa, the emergency aid has already benefited 65,2 million people. Of these, 19,2 million are from Bolsa Família, 10,5 million from CadÚnico, and 35,5 million registered for the first time to receive resources from the federal government.
For Bolsa Família beneficiaries, Caixa credits the funds in the same way as the regular benefit. With the program card, withdrawals can be made at self-service terminals, lottery outlets, and Caixa Aqui correspondents. The credit can also be deposited into a Caixa Fácil account.
