A decision De Moraes responds to a request from the Attorney General's Office (AGU) that Bolsonaro not appear for questioning. The inquiry, opened by the Supreme Federal Court (STF) and overseen by Justice Moraes, is investigating the possible leak of classified documents from a Federal Police investigation into a hacker attack on the Superior Electoral Court (TSE).The documents were released by Bolsonaro on social media during a live broadcast in July of last year.
