The informant claims he then sought out PSDB senator Sérgio Guerra, who died in 2014, to intervene, and was told that the committee president "would only put the matter on the agenda with illicit advantages paid in the form of electoral donations."

According to him, the final amount was R$ 2 million, of which R$ 1 million would go to Guerra. Heráclito only received R$ 500 and went back to collect the debt in 2014.
