247 – One of the targets of Operation Politeia, by the Federal Police, Tiago Cedraz Leite Oliveira, lawyer for Congressman Paulinho da Força (SD-SP), is a precocious millionaire.

The son of the president of the TCU (Brazilian Federal Court of Accounts), Minister Aroldo Cedraz, he had a meteoric rise and, at 32 years old, has accumulated assets such as a 247-square-meter apartment in Asa Sul, an upscale neighborhood in Brasília, purchased for R$ 2,95 million.

Prior to that, in 2009, he also bought a 1,3 square meter plot of land in Lago Sul for R$ 750, equivalent to R$ 1,07 million in today's values. There he built a 1,5 square meter house, valued at at least R$ 3 million, which serves as the headquarters of Cedraz Advogados.

He was accused by whistleblower Ricardo Pessoa, owner of UTC, of receiving R$ 50 monthly to sell information from the court, in addition to R$ 1 million to influence the construction company in a lawsuit concerning the Angra 3 nuclear power plant in Angra dos Reis (RJ).

“Tiago told me he had a professional contract with Ricardo Pessoa, who was his lawyer. There is no embarrassment for the party. It was just a service contract,” defended Paulinho, an ally of the PSDB politician Aécio Neves.
