247 - The Vice President of the Republic, Michel Temer (PMDB), said that the country is not facing any institutional instability that could result in the impeachment of President Dilma Rousseff and, consequently, in him assuming the Presidency of the Republic.

"The government has extraordinary institutional stability," Temer said in Europe while participating in a Brazil-Spain business meeting. "The president continues to govern with her efficiency, her appropriateness, her precision, and she has no difficulties in our country," he stated.

During his visit to Portugal, Temer had already said that the possibility of impeachment is "unthinkable". Temer will return to Brazil this Thursday (23).
