247 - In an interview with the religious TV channel Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN), President Jair Bolsonaro once again demonstrated his alignment with the foreign policy of the United States by defending the pressure exerted by President Donald Trump to remove Nicolás Maduro from power in Venezuela. According to him, Trump reaffirmed "that all options were on the table," including military action. "And I largely support the decisions of the American government," said Bolsonaro.

In the interview, he also brought up the possibility of transferring the Brazilian embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. However, this possibility has irritated Arab countries, which threaten commercial retaliation against Brazil if it goes ahead.
