247 – The PMDB will no longer use resources from the Party Fund to finance the campaign of Congressman Henrique Eduardo Alves (RN) for the presidency of the Chamber, which should reach R$ 100.

According to the president of the PMDB party, Senator Valdir Raupp (RO), the party's own resources will be used, consisting of donations and fees paid by members and parliamentarians.

Recently accused of benefiting the company of his then-advisor Aluizio Dutra with parliamentary amendments, the congressman's assets doubled in a four-year period - from R$ 2,8 million to R$ 5,6 million between 2006 and 2010.
