247 - Preliminary results from forensic analysis conducted by the Federal Police (PF) identified three fingerprints on the 'scam document' found at the home of former Defense Minister and former Secretary of Public Security of the Federal District, Anderson Torres.

According to fingerprint experts, the fingerprints found on the document belong to Anderson Torres himself, one of the former minister's lawyers, and a Federal Police officer involved in the investigation.

Second reporter According to CNN, the lawyer and the police officer had access to the manuscript because they participated in the searches at Torres's house.

The Federal Police emphasize, however, that the results of the forensic analysis do not help advance the investigations into the authorship of the document or who delivered it to Jair Bolsonaro's ally.

Now, another strategy that will be used by the Federal Police to identify the author of the document is through DNA. The objective is to “examine the genetic material deposited on the surface of the pages, left by whoever touched the draft. This includes skin cells or any other type of biological material. Thus, it would be possible to identify the genetic profile of the suspect,” the report highlights.
