247 - The year ended with a climate of dissatisfaction in the WhatsApp group of party leaders in the Chamber of Deputies, and the reason for the complaints is Minister Flávia Arruda, of the Government Secretariat. This information comes from journalist Malu Gaspar, in her column in the newspaper O Globo.

Although a member of the PL party and former president of the Joint Budget Committee, Arruda made promises but failed to keep them in recent months, according to two leaders within the group. To make matters worse, he didn't answer his cell phone last week.

This angered representatives like Hugo Motta, leader of the Republicans, a party that supports Jair Bolsonaro's administration. In a message posted to the group last week, he warned his colleagues that, from now on, he will advocate for the minister's dismissal and that the government should not count on him or his party. Motta was the rapporteur for the Precatórios Amendment Proposal (PEC) in the Chamber of Deputies, which passed with a margin of just four votes over the minimum required in the first round of voting.

He's not the only one dissatisfied. Two other representatives spoke confidentially about the sour climate, which even affected members of the PL and PP. Together, the parties form the Bolsonaro administration's three pillars of support in Congress.
