Former UTC financial director Walmir Pinheiro confirmed to the Federal Police the donation of R$ 200 in cash to Aloysio Nunes' campaign; according to him, the money was delivered to the company's headquarters in São Paulo to lawyer Marco Moro, who met the politician around 1970; the first accusation against the senator, who was Aécio Neves' running mate in the presidential race, was made by businessman Ricardo Pessoa, of UTC and Constran, who claimed to have paid funds through undeclared means to his campaign in 2010.

According to the former financial director of UTC, Walmir Pinheiro, the money was delivered to the company's headquarters in São Paulo to the lawyer Marco Moro, who met the politician around 1970.
The first accusation against the senator from the PSDB party was made by businessman Ricardo Pessoa, of UTC and Constran, who claimed to have paid funds through undeclared means to his 2010 campaign.
In a statement, Senator Aloysio Nunes Ferreira (PSDB-SP) refutes the claims and says that all donations to the campaign were declared and approved by the Superior Electoral Court.
