According to the Public Prosecutor's Office, Flávio, while a state deputy in the Alerj (Legislative Assembly of Rio de Janeiro), led a structure set up for the practice of "rachadinha," that is, to divert part of the salaries of public servants in his office.
Fabrício Queiroz, former advisor to Flávio arrested last Thursday (18), will also be charged with misconduct and participating in the criminal organization. Queiroz is identified as the financial operator of the kickback scheme.
