247 - Minister André Mendonça, of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), denied, this Saturday (24), the request from Senator Randolfe Rodrigues (Rede-AP) to investigate Jair Bolsonaro (PL) through the purchase, by his family, of 51 properties with cash. The information is from UOL portal.

Mendonça, who was nominated to the Court by Bolsonaro, argues in his decision that Randolfe's accusations were based 'only' on the report by journalists Juliana dal Piva and Thiago Herdy, also from Uol, that They gathered real estate documents indicating the purchase of 51 properties with cash. by the Bolsonaro clan, totaling approximately R$ 25,6 million.

The minister states that Randolfe's accusation was made "without any minimally acceptable evidence or means of proof being presented to corroborate the information contained in the aforementioned journalistic piece." Furthermore, he characterized the report as "a collection of inferences and conjectures by whoever produced the piece, which places it better in the category of mere opinion/insinuation than a description of any wrongdoing, in objective terms."
