247 - Ministers Marco Aurélio Mello and Alexandre de Moraes exchanged provocations in a session this Wednesday (13) at the Supreme Federal Court.

"Your Excellency will listen, Your Excellency likes to talk a lot, but doesn't like to listen," Marco Aurélio said to Moraes, during a trial regarding the relaxation of the Fiscal Responsibility Law during the coronavirus pandemic.

“Not even Your Excellency, who likes to talk a lot, including to the press,” Moraes replied. “I’m not talking about the press, I’m talking to the members of the Supreme Court, I’m speaking with my robes on,” Marco Aurélio retorted. “At this moment,” Moraes interrupted. “Always. And when I speak to the press, I don’t speak off the record,” Marco Aurélio replied. “Is that so?” Moraes provoked.
