The 87% approval rating (excellent and good) was achieved after his two terms as President of the Republic, in 2010 (here).
The levels of optimism regarding the Bolsonaro government are the lowest among all presidents who preceded him since the country's redemocratization, at the time they took office in their first terms. Fernando Collor (1990) reached 71%, Fernando Henrique Cardoso (1995) obtained 70%, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (2003) had the highest, 76%, and Dilma Rousseff (2011) came in second place, with 73%.
