247 - In an article published on the IG portal, journalist Kenedy Alecncar states that "Bolsonaro lies and commits yet another impeachable offense. It's high time he faced impeachment proceedings in Congress. Authoritarian and unprepared, he is a threat to democracy in Brazil. Bolsonaro will deepen the economic and coronavirus crises."
"The National Congress and the Electoral Court need to react to this false accusation from the President of the Republic. As of this morning, the reaction has been insignificant. The Minister of Justice, Sergio Moro, remains silent. The Attorney General of the Republic, Augusto Aras, is also doing nothing," he warns.
"If Congress does not initiate impeachment proceedings, it will be a case of negligence on its part, because Bolsonaro has already given far more grounds for impeachment than those presented against Dilma Rousseff in the sham impeachment trial of 2016," he adds.
"Electoral fraud in 2018 was the intensive use of WhatsApp to spread fake news. Bolsonaro, Moro, Guedes and company have a dystopian project for Brazil."
