Indirect jab at Ciro: Boulos says he is committed to repealing the labor reform.
Socialist pre-candidate indirectly criticized Ciro's statement about the 'positive points' of the labor reform approved by Michel Temer; For Boulos, the reform is 100% against workers and needs to be revoked.
By William De Lucca – Guilherme Boulos, the PSOL's pre-candidate for president, indirectly responded to a comment by fellow pre-candidate Ciro Gomes (PDT). On his Twitter profile, Boulos said that he is entirely against the labor reform approved by Michel Temer's government.
“There is no middle ground regarding Temer’s labor reform. It is 100% against workers. And approved by a demoralized Congress without debate with society. That is why we are committed to its repeal,” said the MTST leader this Wednesday (18).
Yesterday, Ciro participated in a meeting with business leaders and softened his tone regarding the reform promoted by Temer.
"This labor reform, despite some good things, has problems. It has brought legal and economic insecurity to the world, and that destroys capitalism. My commitment is to bring this issue back to the center of the field and refocus the discussion. Of the approved proposal, 10% are aberrant. Do you think unions criticize negotiated agreements over legislation? No, they talk about the situation of pregnant women in unhealthy environments," said the labor representative.
