Brazil Agency – The Minister of the Institutional Security Cabinet (GSI), General Augusto Heleno, said today (2) that the intelligence area, “melted down” by former President Dilma Rousseff, was rescued by General and friend Sérgio Etchegoyen. “Our mission is to deal with the security and travel of the president and to take care of the Brazilian intelligence system.
