According to reports, the STF ministers argued during a break in a plenary session of the Supreme Court on Wednesday (15). Mendes also stated that Fux is a "lamentable figure".
Earlier, Fux was responsible for suspending the trial of an appeal by Senator Sergio Moro, a former judge suspected in the Lava Jato corruption scandal, in which the parliamentarian is trying to overturn a decision that made him a defendant for defamation against Mendes.
