Dilma kicks over the traces and asks: what will the Supreme Court do about the bought impeachment?

"Many people knew, many people denounced it, but at the time it was left at that. Today, everyone knows and no one has any reason to ignore it anymore: the impeachment of the elected and re-elected President Dilma Rousseff was the result of bribery and the buying of votes from parliamentarians," posted the deposed president Dilma Rousseff; "The President of the Republic was overthrown by a criminal, who is in prison, and who extorted money from businessmen to buy votes from deputies in a fraudulent impeachment. A bought impeachment must be annulled. What does the Supreme Court have to say about this?"; and now: will the Supreme Court justices cleanse their biographies or condone the coup bought by Eduardo Cunha?

Do Facebook of deposed president Dilma Rousseff - Many people knew, many people denounced it, but at the time nothing was done about it. Today, everyone knows and no one has any reason to ignore it anymore: the impeachment of the elected and re-elected president Dilma Rousseff was the result of bribery and the buying of votes from parliamentarians.

Lúcio Funaro, the financial manager of the corruption scheme that brought down a legitimate government, has now confessed, in his plea bargain, that Eduardo Cunha bribed federal deputies so that they would vote for Dilma's impeachment.

The president of the Republic was overthrown by a criminal, who is in prison, and who extorted money from businessmen to buy off members of parliament who would vote in a fraudulent impeachment.

A bought impeachment must be annulled.

What does the Supreme Federal Court (STF) have to say about this?

Starting today, we will reproduce texts and excerpts from news reports that undeniably demonstrate the illegality of Dilma Rousseff's impeachment.

We begin with the statement issued by the lawyer for the president-elect, José Eduardo Cardozo.

"From the beginning of the impeachment process, the defense of elected President Dilma Rousseff has maintained that the impeachment process that removed her from the Presidency of the Republic is null and void, due to illegal and immoral decisions made by former Speaker of the House Eduardo Cunha and all parliamentarians who wanted to avoid 'the bleeding of the Brazilian political class'."

"Now, in the plea bargain testimony of Mr. Lúcio Funaro, it has been demonstrated that former congressman Eduardo Cunha bought votes from parliamentarians in favor of impeachment."

"Dilma Rousseff's defense will request, this Tuesday, October 17th, that this evidence be added to the records of the writ of mandamus, which has not yet been judged by the Supreme Federal Court, in which the annulment of the decision that revoked the mandate of a legitimately elected president is being sought."

"We understand that in defending the Constitution and the democratic rule of law, the Judiciary cannot fail to pronounce itself on this matter, ordering the annulment of Dilma Rousseff's impeachment, due to notorious abuse of power and the absence of any evidence that she committed crimes of responsibility."
