Collor: Gurgel is a "blackmailer and prevaricator"

The speech, lasting a maximum of five minutes, was filled with fierce attacks on Gurgel. "The Attorney General is a blackmailer, a prevaricator," Collor criticized on Friday morning. "He has no moral authority to bring any action against anyone," he added.
The PTB senator defended the PMDB candidate for the presidency of the House. "The election of Renan Calheiros will be an affirmation of what the Federal Senate is." In his speech, he referred to the complaint filed by the Attorney General's Office against the frontrunner for the position just two weeks before the Senate elections.
