247 - Former Labor Minister Brizola Neto reinforced suspicions against his predecessor in the ministry, Carlos Lupi (PDT).

In last weekend's Istoé magazine, businesswoman Ana Cristina Aquino confirmed that she gave R$ 200 to Lupi as a bribe to expedite the creation of a union. Ana Cristina owns two transport companies, AG Log and AGX Log Transportes, and for three years was part of the mafia she is now denouncing. The Federal Police in Minas Gerais already has evidence that her companies served as conduits for the money used to pay bribes for the creation of unions.read hereThe former minister denies this.

Brizola Neto believes Lupi was indeed bribed.
Former Labor Minister Brizola Neto not only believes the accusations against his predecessor Carlos Lupi, accused of accepting bribes to obtain operating licenses for unions, are true, but also warns that more revelations about the union mafia in the Ministry of Labor are expected in the coming weeks. The grandson of engineer Leonel Brizola is disgusted: "Lupi threw the PDT (Democratic Labour Party) in the trash."

EXTORTION
Brizola Neto even believes that soon there will be accusations from victims of extortion, people who paid to create their union but didn't get it.

OUT OF CONTROL
"Brizolinha" was a minister between May 2012 and March 2013 and witnessed the lack of control left by Lupi in the creation of trade union entities.

SCHEME
In an interview with IstoÉ magazine, a businesswoman confessed to bribing Lupi with R$ 200. The mafia allegedly moved R$ 2 billion annually.
