The athlete discussed her thoughts on the state of the sport on Monday night's program.
Erika stated that she frequently hears from female fans who chose Corinthians' women's soccer team because of the players' affiliation with the club. In her opinion, this has been a key factor.
"Men's (football) in Brazil is declining. I loved watching Edilson, Denílson, Vampeta, Marcelinho, Dinei... What they did on the field was beautiful to watch. Touches, dribbles and everything else, and that's being lost," he said.
Currently, the defender, along with the rest of the Corinthians squad, are leading the Brazilian women's football championship. In recent years, Corinthians has been one of the main women's football teams in the country. The "brabas," as they are called by their fans, are the current three-time national champions.
