China Radio International Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a message of solidarity to Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom, who is infected with Covid-19, on Tuesday (22), and wished her a speedy recovery.

In his message, Xi Jinping said he attaches great importance to the development of China-UK relations and indicated that he is ready to work with the British side to seize the 50th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic ties at the ambassadorial level as an opportunity to push for further progress in relations between the two countries.
