Foreign volunteers arrive in Kyiv to fight against Russia.
Among them are citizens of the USA, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Lithuania, Mexico, and India.
RT - The first foreign volunteers have joined Ukraine's International Legion for Territorial Defense, according to a photo released Monday by the country's Ground Forces.
According to Ukrainian military officials, the legionnaires are already "in position, on the outskirts of Kyiv." Among them are citizens of "the USA, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Lithuania, Mexico, and even India."

The formation of the legion was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on February 27, three days after the start of the Russian military operation in the country. He then stressed that "all foreigners who wish to join the resistance against the Russian occupiers and protect world security" are welcome to join.
