WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday that he had "not given up on anything" during his summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin last week, but remained evasive about the details of their controversial private meeting in Helsinki.

"I didn't give up on anything, we just talked about future benefits for both countries," Trump wrote in a Twitter post.
