Putin decides not to attend the G20 summit and will send Lavrov as head of the Russian delegation.
The G20 summit will be held from November 15-16 in Bali, Indonesia.
TASS - Russian President Vladimir Putin will not attend the Group of 20 summit in Bali and the Russian delegation will be led by Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told TASS on Thursday (10).
"It has been decided that Russia will be represented by Sergey Lavrov at the G20 summit," said the Kremlin official.
An Indonesian government source reported that the Russian leader may participate in one of the summit sessions online.
The G20 summit will be held from November 15th to 16th.
