(Reuters)- United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres is optimistic about Hamas's response to US President Donald Trump's plan to end the war between Palestinian militants and Israel in the Gaza Strip, UN spokesman Stéphane Dujarric said on Friday.
"He calls on all parties to seize the opportunity to end the tragic conflict in Gaza," Dujarric said in a statement.
