German neo-Nazis planned to attack Muslims.

German police have arrested four people suspected of creating a new far-right group, calling itself the "Old School Society," with the aim of carrying out bomb attacks against mosques, Salafist Muslims, and shelters for asylum seekers; "investigations show that the group's objective was to carry out attacks in Germany in small groups against known Salafists, mosques, and asylum seekers in shelters," said the German public prosecutor's office.

Reuters - German police have arrested four people suspected of creating a new far-right group, calling itself the "Old School Society," with the aim of carrying out bomb attacks against mosques, Salafist Muslims, and shelters for asylum seekers.

"Investigations show that the group's objective was to carry out attacks in Germany in small groups against known Salafists, mosques, and asylum seekers in shelters," the German public prosecutor's office said in a statement.

"To that end, based on what we know so far, four people arrested obtained explosives for possible terrorist attacks by the group," the prosecutor's statement said, adding that it is not yet clear whether they "already had specific targets or dates in mind."

Authorities identified the four—all German citizens—as Andreas H., 56, who was the group's "chairman," Markus W., 39, the "vice-chairman," Denise Vanessa G., 22, and Olaf O., 47. Germany only identifies suspects by their first names and initials.

In 2011, Germany was shocked by revelations that a small right-wing cell had murdered nine immigrants and a policewoman, as well as carrying out attacks and bank robberies.
