From Opera Mundi – French Minister for the Fight against Discrimination, Aurore Bergé, said on Sunday (February 11) that she would cut funding to French feminist organizations that had an "ambiguous understanding" of "October 7 and what happened afterwards" in Israel.
In an interview with Radio J, a Jewish community radio station in Paris, Bergé announced that President Emmanuel Macron's government is reviewing statements from all French feminist associations regarding the attack by the Palestinian group Hamas in Israel on October 7.
