Lula was at the technology center during the early hours of Thursday morning, Brasília time, which is equivalent to the afternoon in Shanghai.
Although he did not grant interviews to the press, the president reported via Twitter that Huawei presented solutions in 5G, telemedicine, education, and connectivity.
This was the president's second official engagement during his visit to China, following his meeting with the new president of the BRICS bank, former President Dilma Rousseff.
