DNA identified from 78 occupants of crashed plane.

French investigators have identified the DNA of 78 of the 150 occupants of the Germanwings A320 plane that crashed in the French Alps last Tuesday (24), announced the head of the investigation team, Brice Robin; no passenger has yet been identified, which will be done later in Paris, comparing the material collected at the site of the tragedy to samples brought by relatives.

Brazil Agency - French investigators have identified the DNA of 78 of the 150 occupants of the Germanwings A320 plane that crashed in the French Alps last Tuesday (24), the head of the investigation team, Brice Robin, announced today (29).

No passengers have yet been identified; this will be done later in Paris by comparing the material collected at the scene of the tragedy with samples brought by relatives.

The search for the remains of the passengers at the crash site continues today for the sixth consecutive day. Fifty helicopter flights are being conducted daily to transport technicians involved in the search.
