247 - Clashes continued to erupt in Paris on Saturday (24), after a gunman killed 3 people on Friday (23) in a busy part of the 10th arrondissement of the French capital frequented by Kurds. The murder occurred just as the Kurdish community was preparing to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the unsolved murder of three activists.

Police arrested a 69-year-old man who, according to authorities, had recently been released from prison while awaiting trial for an attack on an immigrant camp in Paris a year ago.
