Hezbollah says Palestine is the compass for the resistance forces.

247 - Sheikh Naim Qasem, deputy secretary-general of the Lebanese Islamic Resistance Movement (Hezbollah), stated that all forces within the Axis of Resistance share the same common ideas and are convinced that "Palestine is a compass." "Everyone has reached this consensus that the objective is the liberation of Palestine," noted Hezbollah's number two during an interview with the Al-Alam network.

According to Sheikh Qasem, Operation Al-Aqsa Storm by the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (HAMAS) made the Israeli enemy understand that the Resistance is powerful and no one can defeat it.

In fact, he pointed out that, in the four months of Israel's war against Gaza, the Resistance operation continues, while Israel has failed to put an end to Hamas. "Israel doesn't fight on the battlefield, it destroys, but the Resistance groups are fighting and striking the enemy," he said.

In this context, he argued that the synergy between the Resistance Axis and the Palestinian issue is practical, not theoretical, although it comes at a price, but nobody cares. "Considering the strategic nature of the Palestinian issue, supporting the Resistance and the Palestinian people is the priority of this axis, which is why it has increased its support for Gaza," explained Sheikh Qasem.

Hezbollah in Lebanon downplays Israeli threats and states that it is "ready" to respond to any aggression from the Zionist regime.

Referring to Hezbollah's operations against Israeli targets in northern occupied Palestine, the leader of the Lebanese movement stated that the Lebanese Resistance believes that attacking Israeli positions is the only way to support Palestine. "By implementing this measure, we inflicted damage and casualties on the enemy, which were triggered by the departure of hundreds of thousands of settlers and produced a social crisis within the Israeli regime," he emphasized.

Since the start of Operation Al-Aqsa, a retaliatory operation, Hezbollah has been conducting intensive daily operations against Zionist regime targets in the northern occupied territories, in support of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and to reduce pressure on the Resistance in Gaza.
