247 - The president of the Workers' Party (PT), Gleisi Hoffmann, highlighted in a note on the social network X, formerly Twitter, the importance of the decision by the UN International Court of Justice ordering Israeli authorities to put an end to the genocide in the Gaza Strip.
"The decision regarding the lawsuit filed by South Africa against Israel concerning the deaths in the Gaza Strip is extremely important. The International Court of Justice has ordered Israel to take all necessary measures to end the genocide of the Palestinians."
The Workers' Party leader expressed her expectation that the Court's decision would have consequences and denounced that the Palestinians "are being decimated."
