247 - The White House released on Monday (29) the plan of the President of the United States, Donald Trump, to end the conflict in Gaza, which foresees a three-phase withdrawal of the Israel Defense Forces from the Palestinian territory.

The announcement of Trump's detailed plan to end the war in Gaza came after a bilateral meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House.

"Gaza will be rebuilt for the benefit of the people of Gaza, who have already suffered more than enough," the document says, according to the Sputnik news agency.

Gaza will be administered by a “technocratic and apolitical Palestinian committee,” overseen by an international transitional body chaired by President Trump, the White House said in the plan.

"Gaza will be governed under the temporary transitional administration of a technocratic and apolitical Palestinian committee, overseen by a new international transitional body, the 'Peace Council,' which will be headed and chaired by President Donald J. Trump," the document states.

The plan also envisions the development of a "Trump economic plan to rebuild and revitalize Gaza," including the creation of a special economic zone with preferential tariffs and access fees, "to be negotiated with participating countries."

According to the White House, Trump would speak with Qatari leaders, who served as intermediaries with the Palestinian militant movement Hamas, later on Monday.
