Italian fascist defends Norwegian terrorist

MP Mario Borghezio, from the Northern League, says that Anders Breivik has "good" and "great" ideas.

From the BBC - Italian MP Mario Borghezio caused controversy in his country by saying that some of the ideas of Norwegian shooter Anders Behring Breivik are "good" and others are "great".

The far-right militant killed 76 people last Friday in a bomb attack against the Norwegian government headquarters in Oslo, and by opening fire on young members of the ruling Labour Party who were gathered at a summer camp on the island of Utoeya.

A member of the Northern League, a far-right party that is part of Silvio Berlusconi's government, and an Italian MEP, Borghezio said he agreed with Breivik "in his opposition to Islam and in his explicit accusation that Europe surrendered even before fighting against Islamization."
