A meeting between delegations from Russia and Ukraine is scheduled to take place this Monday.
The meeting, on the border with Belarus, is an attempt to end the conflict.
TASS – Talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations will begin on Monday morning, a source told TASS on Sunday.
"It's not a postponement. The meeting will begin in the morning. The reason is the logistics for the Ukrainian delegation," the source said.
Russian presidential advisor Vladimir Medinsky, who leads the Russian delegation in the negotiations, said earlier that an agreement was reached with the Ukrainian side on Sunday to hold negotiations in the Gomel region of Belarus. The Russian delegation has already left Minsk and is heading to the location of the negotiations, which, according to a TASS source, will not be disclosed.
