247 - Jealous of Kate Middleton's popularity, who joined the British royal family in April 2011, Queen Elizabeth II wanted to put the commoner "in her place." According to Style & Life magazine, the Queen made an official review of the Order of Provenance of the Royal Household and imposed new rules. Now, whenever Kate is unaccompanied by Prince William, she will have to curtsy to Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson's daughters, Beatrice and Eugenie. "It's a total humiliation for Kate," a source close to the Duchess's social circle told Life & Style. Prince William, according to the same source, is "devastated."
