247, with Sputnik Agency - Foreign mercenaries will be attacked on Ukrainian territory wherever they are, warned Igor Konashenkov, a major general of Russia, on Monday (14). The message was given after the Russian attack on the International Peacekeeping Center in Yavoriv, Ukraine, which left at least 35 dead. Shooting instructor Tiago Rossi, from Maringá (PR), escaped the attack. Both Ukraine and Russia use mercenaries in war.

"Several Western countries support, at the state level, the participation of their citizens as mercenaries from Ukraine in military actions against divisions of the Russian forces. From now on, all responsibility for the deaths of this category of foreign citizens in Ukraine rests solely with the administration of these countries," according to the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

According to Konashenkov, "we know all the places where the foreign mercenaries are," and they will continue to be targeted with high-precision weapons. "I want to reiterate – none of the mercenaries will be spared, wherever they are on Ukrainian territory."

The official representative of the Russian ministry also reported success in destroying an ammunition depot. "A large ammunition depot for multiple rocket launchers was destroyed on the territory of the Antonov factory near Kiev, from where Russian troops were being targeted," he said.
