The newspaper highlighted that the search for such specialists began after tensions escalated between the two countries and an exchange of insults between their leaders.
"Their main concerns are related to Trump. They can't understand him," the newspaper quoted its source as saying.
According to the publication, North Korean representatives have already invited several people for consultations. Among them was the former deputy director of the CIA's Korea department, Bruce Klingner, who declined the invitation, as did many other experts.
