Five world powers will discuss the peaceful use of nuclear energy in China.

The meeting takes place precisely when the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula is being pushed forward, while the United States threatens to abandon the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty, citing Russia's alleged violation of the agreement.
