Sputnik - The Russian Foreign Ministry (FME) stated that the future of Crimea will always be with Russia, and that this issue is closed. According to the ministry, not even the sanctions imposed by the US and its allies interfere with Moscow's position on this matter.
"Like it or not, the future of Crimea will always be with Russia. For us, this issue, as you know, is definitively closed. No sanctions, threats, or blackmail imposed by the US or its satellites, who imagine themselves as masters of the world, will change our position," stated the Russian Foreign Ministry.
The European Union (EU) continues to euphorically annihilate financial market relations with Russia, stressed the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova.
The EU's actions regarding the situation in Ukraine are coordinated by Washington. Europeans don't need a situation like this, he stressed.
The countries that supply weapons to Kiev are asking for trouble for themselves, the diplomat stated.
The diplomat also stated that Russia will not let the crimes committed by nationalist battalions in Ukraine go unpunished.
The sooner Kyiv understands Ukraine's imminent transformation to neutrality for the benefit of its people, the sooner the Russian special military operation will end.
