247, with Prensa Latina - Bolivian President Evo Morales has appealed to his Latin American and Caribbean counterparts to support peaceful dialogue aimed at resolving the conflict in Venezuela and preventing further violence.

'To my brother presidents of Latin America and the Caribbean, I appeal that together we prevent violence from occurring in Venezuela. Let us support dialogue. Let us learn from history and remember how difficult it is to prevent the path of war and confrontation,' Evo wrote on his Twitter account.

The Bolivian president stated in another publication that the sanctions imposed against Caracas by the United States government are not only illegal, but also inhumane and immoral, with the Venezuelan people being the main victims. 'In respect for international law, these sanctions must be lifted,' he pointed out.

On the other hand, Evo Morales reaffirmed his support for Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and defended dialogue in the face of Washington's interference.
